ICU祭実行委員会 (International Christian University Festival Committee)

Job Description: The Committee is in charge of International Christian University's annual student-led festival.

Location: The committee meets on campus.

Level of Japanese Required: Advanced Japanese

Typical Day: There is no typical day! However, Interns should be prepared for lots of manual labor, such as carrying chairs and tables, and cutting bamboo.

Schedule: The 24 hours required for this internship can be completed over 3 8-hour work days, working from 9 am to 6 pm.

What Former Interns Say: "All communication within the committee is in Japanese, so it will push you to practice the language with native speakers. The other wonderful, wonderful point about this volunteer is the fact that the committee is only made up of students. The festival is 100% led by students, so you won't have professors telling you what to do and you'll have the awesome opportunity to interact with fellow students. Finally, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look into how the big event is planned!!"
